A few important Korean corrections
1. Korean commonly uses lexical passive verbs such as:
읽다 → 읽히다 (ilhida) = be read
쓰다 → 쓰이다 (sseuida) = be written
열다 → 열리다 (yeollida) = be opened
닫다 → 닫히다 (dadhida) = be closed
보다 → 보이다 (boida) = be seen
So for a natural Korean passive:
이 책은 그에게 읽혔어요.
I chaegeun geuege ilhyeosseoyo.
= This book was read by him/her.
2. For an explicit "by the agent," 에 의해 is more formal:
그에 의해 쓰인 책
Geue uihae sseuin chaek
= a book written by him
In ordinary Korean, the agent can often be marked with 에게 with certain passive verbs.
3. Relative clauses are especially important in Korean:
제가 읽은 책
Jega ilgeun chaek
= the book that I read
The entire modifying clause comes before the noun, with no separate word for who/which/that.
4. Reported commands use -(으)라고 하다:
그는 저에게 책을 읽으라고 했어요.
Geuneun jeoege chaegeul ilgeurago haesseoyo.
= He told me to read the book.
This is the natural Korean equivalent of the Khmer reported-command pattern in your original table.

한테 hante to Conversational / informal 친구한테 책을 줘요. Chinguhante chaegeul jwoyo. I give a book to my friend.
께 kke to Honorific 선생님께 책을 드려요. Seonsaengnimkke chaegeul deuryeoyo. I give a book to the teacher.
에게 vs. 한테 vs. 께
에게 and 한테 usually mean the same thing:
친구에게 책을 줘요.
Chinguege chaegeul jwoyo.
= I give my friend a book.
친구한테 책을 줘요.
Chinguhante chaegeul jwoyo.
= I give my friend a book.
께 is honorific:
선생님께 책을 드려요.
Seonsaengnimkke chaegeul deuryeoyo.
= I give a book to the teacher.
Notice that with an honorific recipient, 주다 often becomes the honorific 드리다.
Word-by-word example
저는 친구에게 책을 줘요.
Jeoneun chinguege chaegeul jwoyo.
저는 = I + topic
친구에게 = to my friend
책을 = book + object marker
줘요 = give
Structure:
저는 + 친구에게 + 책을 + 줘요
S + IO + DO + V
= I + to my friend + a book + give.
Korean therefore commonly places the indirect object before the direct object.
